工厂生产的盘状储油盒如下图所示,左右圆环和外立筒均为3mm厚的低碳钢板。由于焊件板薄且直径大,经数控火焰下料后其成品有失稳和波浪等变形现象出现;另外焊件在工作中不能渗油,所以必需采用连续焊焊接,在首件焊接后左右环均向内扣,虽经人工多种方法校正,均不能通过交检。 后经采取特殊的下料及焊接工艺,攻克了这一生产实践中的焊后变形控制问题。
