各位领导、各位来宾、各位会员代表、女士们、先生们: 我代表第一届理事会作修改协会章程的报告,请大家审议。 一、四年来协会章程执行情况的简要回顾 1992年12月10日中国安全防范产品行业协会成立大会通过的《中国安全防范产品行业协会章程》,经过四年来实践检验,证明是一个好章程,它在保护会员权益,推动行业发展,规范协会行为,保障社会安全等方面都发挥了积极的作用。纵观1992年制定的协会章程具有以下几个特点: (一)鲜明的时代色彩。由于该章程是在我国改革开放方兴未艾的时刻制订的,它以较大篇幅阐述了安防协会的性质、宗旨、任务等重大问题。肯定了行协是“在政府有关部门指导下的”“全国性社团法人”,“发挥政府
