通过对7只狗房室结部位进行射频消融术,造成传导阻滞,先后于术后即刻至32天处死实验动物。组织学变化表明病灶大小与总能量无密切相关,而病灶深度与总能量有关。无1例发生并发症,故该术比较安全。
Radiofrequency ablation of 7 dogs atrioventricular node site, resulting in conduction block, was killed immediately after the experimental animals to 32 days. Histological changes show that the size of the lesion is not closely related to the total energy, but the depth of the lesion is related to the total energy. No one case of complications, so the surgery more secure.
