本文利用平衡计分卡绩效管理工具,结合组织战略规划到院系战略定位来构建高校院系行政管理专业的教学绩效评价指标体系,以实现评价指标可衡量专业教学绩效,来优化专业建设和绩效管理。
In this paper, we use the balanced scorecard performance management tools to combine the strategic planning of the organization with the strategic positioning of the faculty to construct the teaching performance evaluation index system of the administrative department of colleges and universities in order to achieve the evaluation index which can measure the professional teaching performance to optimize the professional construction and performance management.
