《科学养鱼》由中国水产学会、全国水产技术推广总站和中国水产科学研究院淡水渔业研究中主办,是我国一本公开发行的综合性水产科普杂志。本刊面向全国、面向生产、面向基层养殖户,自1985年创刊至今,始终坚持“普及第一、读者至上”的办刊宗旨,深受广大读者的欢迎。1992年、1998年和2003年连续三次评为全国优秀水产报刊一等奖,2002年获第三届全国优秀农业期刊奖、第三届中国科协优秀科技期刊二等奖,2004年获第四届全国优秀农业期刊科普类一等奖,并入选为中文核心期刊, “Scientific fish culture” is sponsored by the Chinese Society of Fisheries, the National Aquatic Technology Extension Station and the Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences Freshwater Fisheries Research.
