我院自1977年4月始至1989年4月共给98例患者埋置人工心脏起搏器,收到较好效果。现总结报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 病例资料 本组系我院1977年4月至1989年4月期间安置经静脉心内膜电极起搏的98例患者。男性61例,女性37例,年龄在14～79岁,平均年龄58.16岁。50岁以上78例。98例心律失常类型及病因分别为:①心脏传导阻滞49例,计完全性及高度房室传导阻滞46例(含3支阻滞6例),双束支阻滞3例;49例中冠心病28例(伴高血压
