随着城市现代化进程的不断深入,高层建筑日趋增多且布局更加密集,在地基与基础施工时遇到的城市地下管线、邻近地下室和建筑物基础也越发复杂,导致基坑支护难度加大。混凝土灌注桩施工技术可以有效减轻周边复杂环境对工程的不利影响,因其造价低、效果好而广泛应用于高层建筑物基坑的边坡支护。本文以三峡花苑经济适用房项目一期工程南区深基坑边坡支护工程为实例,阐述了冲孔灌注桩施工技术在该项目的应用。
With the deepening of urban modernization, the increasing number of high-rise buildings and the more intensive layout, underground pipelines, adjacent basements and building foundations encountered in foundation and foundation construction are also more and more complicated, which makes it more difficult to support the foundation pit. Concrete bored pile construction technology can effectively reduce the adverse surrounding complex environment on the project’s adverse effects, because of its low cost, good effect and is widely used in high-rise building foundation pit slope support. In this paper, an example is given to the supporting project of the deep foundation pit slope in the southern section of the Three Gorges Project of Affordable Housing Affordable Housing Project. The application of the construction technology of perforated bored piles in this project is expounded.
