用原子吸收光谱法同时测定了大骨节病区、非病区儿童血清Zn和发Zn含量,以此评估大骨节病区儿童锌营养状况。结果表明,大骨节病区组与非病区组之间,不同病情大骨节病区组之间的儿童血清Zn和发Zn含量均无明显差异,患病组病儿血清Zn含量显著高于病区健康组(P<0.05)。而发Zn含量与病区健康组的差异不明显。各组儿童血清Zn和发Zn含量均分别达到或高于儿童血清Zn正常值和发Zn正常值(下限),提示大骨节病区儿童(病儿和健康儿童)锌营养状况基本正常。
At the same time, atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the contents of Zn and Zn in serum in children with Kashin-Beck disease and children with non-endemic disease, so as to evaluate the status of zinc nutrition in children with Kashin-Beck disease. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the content of Zn and Zn in children between Kashin-Beck disease group and non-disease group, and between children with different severity of Kashin-Beck disease. The serum Zn level in the sick children was significantly higher than that in disease District health group (P <0.05). However, there was no obvious difference between Zn content and healthy group. The contents of Zn and Zn in serum of the children in each group reached or exceeded the normal value of Zn and the normal value of Zn (lower limit) in children, respectively, suggesting that the zinc nutrition status of children (sick children and healthy children) in Kashin-Beck disease area was basically normal.
