刺激人γδT细胞的结核杆菌抗原已被证实为一组4种结构相关的核苷酸或磷酸化分子,称为TUBag1～4。用混合磷酸酶处理TUBag得知,TUBag1和TUBag2是低分子量的磷酸单酯;TUBag3和TUBag4是分子量较大的核苷酸焦磷酸二酯。
Mycobacterium tuberculosis antigen, which stimulates human γδ T cells, has been identified as a group of four structurally related nucleotide or phosphorylated molecules called TUBag1-4. Treatment of TUBag with mixed phosphatase revealed that TUBagl and TUBag2 are low molecular weight phosphate monoesters; TUBag3 and TUBag4 are larger molecular weight pyrophosphate diesters.
