轻型、并发症较少的糖尿病,用运动疗法较易收效。并发呼吸功能不全和并发偏瘫的糖尿病.虽然实行运动负荷训练有困难,但若一直不活动,则耐力和肌力更降低。并发结核的糖尿病,化学疗法的疗效降低。据此,希望糖尿病人在力所能及的限度内进行运动负荷训练。Ⅰ、基础研究作者研究了各种运动的耗氧量。研究了使用固定式脚踏车的最大负荷及血液成份的变化,报告了血细胞成份、白细胞、血浆成份及血糖值增加的情况,还进一步报道了白细胞随运动负荷强度的增加而增加。并由此想到血糖值也随运动强度发生相应的变化。运动负荷用的是自行车测功计。运动负荷组
