在我厂自行设计制造的1000T压力机上采用了滚动导轨,该压力机的立柱为钢板焊接的箱形结构。当活动梁导轨相对于立柱导轨上下移动时,滚柱即在两导轨间滚动,从而起到导向作用。该导轨具有以下优点: 1.较低的起始摩擦系数,可使摩擦阻力显著降低。一般说来,大型压力机的导轨多数是铅垂方向布置的,而且各个导轨间的距离比较远,因而对偏载比较敏感。如采用滑动导轨,则在导轨载荷大的局部的油膜易被破坏,从而增加了摩擦阻力(摩擦系数可达0.1~0.5)。而采用滚动导轨,摩擦系数仅在0.01
