一机部金刚石压头情报网第二次会议于一九七八年六月十五日至六月二十五日在西安市召开。参加会议的有金刚石压头的生产和使用厂,以及管理、销售、计量和研究所等单位。参加会议的共二十二个单位,二十八名代表。一机部仪表局、西安市仪表局和西安市莲湖区机电化工局等领导单位也出席了会议,并讲了话。会议认为,目前我们金刚石压头行业与国外先进国家相比,差距还很大。要赶上和超过世界先进水平,科技情报工作要先行,要抓紧抓好。要及时掌握国内外科学技术发展动态,为各级领导机关、科研和生产厂当好参谋和耳
