10月29日,李金早接替邵琪伟担任国家旅游局局长、党组书记。与此同时,今年61岁的王志发因年龄原因卸任国家旅游局副局长、党组副书记职务。李金早博士毕业后,进入国家计委体改法规司工作,1996年“空降”广西,先后担任桂林常务副市长、市长等职。2011年,李金早奉调回京担任商务部副部长。在广西任职期间,李金早对旅游工作颇为重视,提出要下决心改革旅游业管理体制,将旅游业推向市场。
