邵庄温河大桥位于许家崖水库上游,该桥为8孔石拱,桥高8m,宽6m,全长262m,路面结构为泥结碎石,是梁徐公路上唯一的一座大桥,对方便群众发展城乡经济起到了重要作用。但该桥已带病运用15年多,整个大桥险情继增,沿库区干部群众反映强烈。经报请上级有关部门批准,1998年由公路养护隶属单位,临沂市交通委专项拨款25万元对该桥进行除险加固。1 除险施工方案的选择 通过对该桥所处河床地质状况的调查,上部还覆盖不足1m深的砂砾,下部就是黄土,其黄土中有朽木,即判断该土层为新近沉积黄土。鉴于实际地质状况,施工方
