各省、自治区、直辖市劳动(劳动和社会保障)厅(局),海南、云南、四川省、内蒙自治区技术监督局,国务院有关部门、集团公司、总公司,中国人民解放军总装备部: 《压力容器安全技术监察规程》(99版)(以下简称《容规》)自今年1月1日实施后,各地区、各部门向我局反映了一些具体情况和意见,为更好地正确执行《容规》,现提出如下意见:
(Labor and Social Security) Office of the Provinces, Autonomous Regions and Municipalities directly under the Central Government, Hainan, Yunnan, Sichuan Province, Technical Supervision Bureau of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Relevant Departments of the State Council, Group Companies, Head Office, and General Armament Department of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army: “Pressure Vessels Since the implementation of the ”Safety Technical Supervision Regulations“ (version 99) (hereinafter referred to as ”the compliance rules“) on January 1 this year, all regions and departments have reported some specific situations and opinions to the SAFE.
