活血Ⅱ号方(由川芎、丹参等药组成)具有多方面药理作用,静脉给药对犬冠状动脉结扎的心肌缺血有明显保护作用。但临床用药以口服为主,为了符合临床要求,建立新的实验方法,观察中药胃内给药对动物心肌缺血的保护作用,就有重要意义。 实验用健康雄兔17只,分3组,活血Ⅱ号组8只,5g/kg,空白对照组6只,生理盐水2ml/kg;硫氮唑酮组3只,2mg/kg
Huoxue II (composed of Chuanxiong and Salvia miltiorrhiza and other drugs) has many pharmacological effects. Intravenous administration has obvious protective effect on myocardial ischemia induced by coronary artery ligation in dogs. However, the clinical use of drugs is mainly oral. In order to meet the clinical requirements, establishing a new experimental method to observe the protective effect of intragastric administration of Chinese medicine on animal myocardial ischemia is of great significance. Seventeen healthy male rabbits were divided into 3 groups, 8 in Huoxue II group, 5g/kg, 6 in blank control group, 2ml/kg in physiological saline, and 3 in thiazolone group, 2mg/kg.
