在实验室条件下研究了塔玛亚历山大藻对厦门文昌鱼酸性磷酸酶(ACP)及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性的影响,结果表明:在塔玛亚历山大藻细胞数≤0.6×103/mL时,环境中生活的文昌鱼,其ACP和ALP均无显著变化,当塔玛亚历山大藻细胞数≥1.8×103/mL时,文昌鱼的ACP活性与对照组同期相比受抑制作用显著(P<0.05),当塔玛亚历山大藻细胞数≥2.4×103/mL时,文昌鱼的ALP活性与对照组同期相比受抑制作用显著(P<0.05),且抑制ACP和ALP的作用均随暴露时间延长和塔玛亚历山大藻细胞数升高而增强。
The effects of Alexandrium tamarense on the acid phosphatase (ACP) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity of amphioxus in Xiamen were studied under laboratory conditions.
