工程造价管理工作在工程建设管理领域中占据的地位是较为重要的,工程造价控制措施在工程造价管理工作进行的过程中起到的作用也是较为重要的。工程造价股办理工作的水平其实从某些层面上可以将工程建设整体管理水平呈现在人们的眼前,在某一个工程项目中其实是可以起到决定性作用的。在民用建筑工程造价管理工作进行的过程中,造价管理工作一般情况之下都是会得到各个单位充分的重视,所以说针对工程造价控制措施展开分析是具有一定的现实意义的,笔者依据实际工作经验对民用建筑工程造价管理工作进行的过程中存在的问题进行分析,并在此基础之上提出民用建筑造价控制工作进行的过程中应当施行的措施。
