The World Customs Organization (WCO) paid great attention to the establishment of a clean and honest government and called on all members to strengthen the clean government building of the customs team and formulated the “WCO Action Plan for Honest and Clean Government.” The WCO Guidelines for Self-Evaluation of Customs Integrity in the Asia Pacific Region are a positive response to the above actions. The publication of this article has some reference value to our country’s customs construction
