为了解决热轧薄板SPHE在热轧生产中出现边裂严重的问题,通过取样对其成分、金相组织和夹杂物的分析,并调研现场生产工艺的异常情况,认为本次边裂的发生主要是由于其锰含量偏低,导致Mn/S比过低而在晶界上生成低熔点FeS所致;夹杂物过多,加热时间过长以及中心硫偏析等加剧了边裂现象的发生,从而导致“烂边”。通过提高工厂内控标准中锰含量的控制下限,并降低硫含量和夹杂物等以提高钢的纯净度,进一步优化加热炉工艺,从而有效地控制边裂现象的发生;取得了明显的成效。
