近年来,全省邮电企业坚持以“发展、改革、管理、服务、效益”为主线,大力弘扬邮电企业精神,全行业出现了通信大发展与精神文明建设齐头并进的大好局面。到目前为止,全省县局以上邮电企业,已有87.8%建成文明单位,其中,省级文明单位20个,最佳省级文明单位2个。全省邮电行业建成一个国家级、10个省级文明行业示范点;建成3个国家级、20个省级青年文明号单位。今年以来,全省邮电通信事业继续保持了快速、健康发展的势头,企业改革和管理力度加大,经济效益和社会效益明显提高。元至11月份,全省邮电业务总量、业务收入累计完成76.89亿元
