美刊《激进政治经济学评论》2004年夏季号发表了澳大利亚学者菲利浦·安东尼·奥哈拉题为《在世界经济中是否形成了一个有利于长波上升的新的跨国公司型社会积累结构?》的文章,认为当前全球跨国公司在全球化背景下通过对外直接投资、跨国并购手段得到大发展,但是这并没有导致形成一个新的社会积累结构,世界经济面临结构性困难,近期不经过调整不会进入长波上升期。该文主要内容如下。
