阳春三月,万物复苏,小麦返青、起身、拔节,由营养生长转为营养生长、生殖生长并进,麦田管理进入关键时期。临沂市农业局邀请山东农业大学田纪春教授、于金凤教授、山东省现代农业农村发展研究中心王勇研究员组成专家讲师团,对承担实施粮食高产创建平台建设项目的兰陵、郯城、沂南、临沭四个县区进行小麦生产技术巡回培训。
