每位园长都希望自己的教师队伍,团结友爱,气氛和谐,但是在这个女人扎堆的群体,往往很难达到。我园教师群体的特征是年轻、充满活力、可塑性强;然而,由于处于同一年龄层次,自负、不善于合作、沟通能力差的劣势也时常显现出来。为促进同事之间更多的了解与沟通,增进教师队伍的凝聚力,我园开展了两次活动,收到了非常好的效果。
Every director wants their teachers to be united, friendly and harmonious. However, it is often difficult to achieve this group of women. The characteristics of our park’s teacher community are young, energetic and malleable; however, the disadvantages of being poor co-operation and poor communication skills are often manifested at the same age level. In order to promote more understanding and communication among colleagues and to promote the cohesion of the teaching staff, I conducted two activities and received very good results.
