根据选取5种新细集料掺入量,通过泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的室内力学性能、水稳定性能试验研究及依托工程验证,对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料中新细集料掺入量合理范围进行了研究。研究结果表明,当使泡沫沥青冷再生混合料合成级配满足0.3mm筛孔通过率不低于6%,0.075mm筛孔通过率不低于3%,且其余筛孔通过率满足《公路沥青路面再生技术规范》(JTG F41-2008)要求时的新细集料掺入量为合理掺入量范围。
According to the selection of five kinds of new fine aggregate incorporation, through the foam mechanical properties of cold recycled asphalt mixture, the experimental study of water stability and relying on engineering verification, the amount of new fine aggregate in the foam asphalt cold recycled mixture is reasonable The scope was studied. The results show that when the gradation of foam asphalt cold recycled mixture meets the requirements of 0.3mm mesh passing rate of not less than 6%, 0.075mm mesh passing rate of not less than 3%, and the remaining mesh passing rate to meet the “highway asphalt Pavement Recycling Technical Code ”(JTG F41-2008) at the request of the new fine aggregate into a reasonable dosage range.
