考察了ＲＰ－ＨＰＬＣ法测定薤白中腺苷含量的条件，腺苷含量在２０～３００ｎｇ之间与峰面积成线性关系，并测定了东北三省不同产地的薤白中腺苷的含量，其中以辽宁产薤白的腺苷含量较高．
The RP-HPLC method was used to determine the content of adenosine in Radix Astragali. The content of adenosine in the range of 20-300 ng was linearly related to the peak area. The contents of adenosine in Radix Paeoniae Alba from different producing areas in three provinces in Northeast China were determined. White adenine content is higher.
