中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发了《关于加强和改进新形势下档案工作的意见》及《档案管理违法违纪行为处分规定》,体现了党中央、国务院对档案工作的高度重视和巨大支持,更体现出档案工作的重要性。随着医药卫生体制改革(医改)的不断推进,国家开展了新一轮的三甲医院评审工作,促使医院逐步走向标准化、规范化、科学化管理的轨道,不少医院下大力气改善就医环境,建造病房大楼,其中基建档案就尤为重要。完整系统的基建档案给建设者提供了有益的参考依据,通过考查过去的资料,研究和探究事物发展的规律,在工作中吸取精华、去其糟粕,充分提高工作效率,确保各项工程的顺利完成。本文探讨医院基建档案工作的基本内容、存在问题以及主要做法,为基建档案的管理提供有益思路。
The CPC Central Committee General Office and the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Strengthening and Improving Archives Work in the New Situation and the Regulations on the Disposal of Violations of Archives Management, which reflects the great importance and tremendous support given by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to the archival work. More reflect the importance of file work. With the continuous reform of the medical and health system (medical reform), the state has launched a new round of review and appraisal of top three hospitals, prompting the hospital to gradually move towards the track of standardization, standardization and scientific management. Many hospitals make great efforts to improve the medical environment and build Ward buildings, including infrastructure files is particularly important. The complete system of infrastructure files to the builders provide a useful reference, by examining the past data, research and explore the laws of things, in the work to learn the best, to its dross, and fully improve work efficiency and ensure the smooth progress of the project carry out.
