由于肝炎等肝脏疾病的临床表现及肝功能检查都缺乏特征性,肝穿刺病理检查在配合诊断与鉴别诊断各型肝炎、脂肪肝以及指导治疗。判断预后等方面均有重要意义。现将我院81例87次肝穿刺病理检查、病毒标记检测和有关肝功能检查结果报告如下。材料与方法81例均系1984年6月至1987年3月间住院和部分门诊病员。肝炎诊断根据1984年(南宁)全国病毒性肝炎会议制定的标准。其中活检67人73次,尸检14人(都在死亡2小时内进行肝穿刺)。男性73人,女性8
Due to the clinical manifestations of liver diseases such as hepatitis and liver function tests are characterized by lack of features, liver biopsy in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of various types of hepatitis, fatty liver and guidance and treatment. Determine the prognosis and other aspects are of great significance. Now in our hospital 81 cases of 87 liver biopsy, viral markers and liver function test results reported below. Materials and Methods All the 81 cases were hospitalized and some outpatients from June 1984 to March 1987.
