目的分析女性骨性Ⅱ类错非拔牙矫治上颌牙槽弓宽度的变化及对矫治效果的影响。方法选择女性骨性Ⅱ类错不拔牙矫治患者20例,使用口外弓颈牵引及固定矫治器联合治疗,测量分析矫治前后记存模型上颌第一磨牙、第一前磨牙、尖牙间牙槽弓宽度的变化。结果上颌第一磨牙、第一前磨牙及尖牙牙槽弓宽度矫治后分别增加了2.39、3.17和1.65mm,与矫治前相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论通过扩大腭弓改善上颌牙槽弓宽度的不调在骨性Ⅱ类错不拔牙矫治中是非常重要的。
Objective To analyze the changes of maxillary alveolar arch width and its effect on the correction of skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion in female patients with non-extraction treatment. Methods Twenty females with skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion were selected and treated by combination of mouth and neck traction and fixation appliance. The changes of the maxillary first molar, the first premolar, the interdental alveolar Bow width changes. Results The width of maxillary first molar, first premolar and canine alveolar ridge were increased by 2.39, 3.17 and 1.65 mm respectively, which were significantly different from those before correction (P <0.05). Conclusion It is very important to improve the maxillary alveolar arch width by expanding the palatal arch in the treatment of skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion.
