1988年7月~12月我科采用CO_2激光治疗色素痣、疣等各类皮表肿物共150例,收到比较满意疗效。 1 资料和方法 我们采用长春医疗光电仪器厂制造的JZ—25型CO_2激光治疗机。波长10.6μm,输出功率25W,消耗功率400W,冷却水温35℃,调节电压至100~125V,光斑0.5~1.0mm。照射距离病灶1.0~2.0cm。病人取仰卧或坐位,局部常规消毒,用1%盐酸利多卡因局部浸润麻醉之后,用CO_2激光点射或连续烧灼病变区,根据病灶超出皮肤高度决定碳化或气化。治疗结束时,均以放大镜检查有无残留病变组织,如有时则清除焦痂后再行烧灼,并保护创面。若病灶面积大有渗出时,给予小剂量紫外线照射,并暴露创面即可。
