近年来学者们认为高脂蛋白血症与神经性聋有一定关系,并发现具有内耳症状的患者中有46.6%患有高脂蛋白血症,而且血清脂蛋白和超高频听力敏感度有密切关系。Nomura(1973)发现耳蜗基底膜内有胆固醇沉淀,并确定为老年性聋病变的一种类型。Jaffe(1970)分析突发性聋病因时,在40例中的11例,血管内血栓形成,并指出,可能因高脂蛋白血症的肾上腺素,使血小板凝结特别敏感,遂形成血管内血栓形成。以上论断促使作者进行以下研究。
In recent years, scholars believe that hyperlipoproteinemia has some relationship with neurological deafness and found that 46.6% of patients with inner ear symptoms have hyperlipoproteinemia, and the sensitivity of serum lipoproteins and UHF hearing is close relationship. Nomura (1973) found cholesterol deposits in the basement membrane of the cochlea and was identified as a type of senile deafness. Jaffe (1970) analyzed the causes of sudden deafness in 11 of 40 patients with intravascular thrombosis and pointed out that it may be particularly sensitive to platelet aggregation due to the presence of epinephrine of hyperlipoproteinemia, resulting in the formation of an intravascular thrombus form. The above assertion prompted the author to conduct the following research.
