8月下旬,笔者随团参加了“第九届兰州投资贸易洽谈会”,所见所闻,感受颇新颇深。 西北市场的巨变 据同行介绍,“兰洽会”自1992年以来,举办了8届。开始只是一个地方性的商品交易会。随后逐步发展成为有较大影响的区域性投资与商贸洽谈会。第九届“兰洽会”已不限于对企业产品进行市场交易的撮合,还针对了资金、资产、品牌、资源、人才等要素的流动和交易进行面上的推动。几年来,兰洽会主会场所在地兰州一年一个样。1998年来到兰州参加洽谈会的同行们,第一印象是这里的餐饮业还停留在六、七十年代,省会城市只有亚欧、民百两个相距很远的商场,晚上八、九点街上就冷冷清清。现在商贸氛围比以前浓郁多了,新开业的几家大商场一年盈利几个亿,兰州人的品牌化、时尚化的消费意识不亚于中、东部城市。1996年武汉有40多家服装厂到甘肃来经商,兰州萧条的市场让他们失望而归。今年他们随湖北代表团再到兰州,在浓郁的商贸氛围中与地方企业洽谈,谋求新的合作和发展,更加感受西北市场的确发生了巨变。市场的巨变与西北人开拓市场、顽强拼搏的精神是分不开
