In the rural areas of Thailand-Myanmar border region in the northwestern Thailand, cases of malaria failure have been prevented with the combination drug MSP (mefloquine 250 mg, pesosin 500 mg and pyrimethamine 25 mg). This test attempts to pass an in vitro drug
