我们在使用8016型移动式镗缸机时,遇到了这种情况:镗削内表面硬度高的气缸套时(其硬度不小于HRC43,并经高频淬火处理),所镗出的气缸套圆柱度、圆度、粗糙度均超差,并且刀具很快就磨损,有的气缸套根本无法镗削。为此我们对镗缸机进行改装,使主轴转速降低。改制后镗削很顺利,且圆柱度、圆度、粗糙度均合乎大修标准,其改造方法如下: 改制前镗缸机主轴转速:Ⅰ档为165转/分,Ⅱ档为272转/分;改造后主轴转速:Ⅰ档为49转/分,Ⅱ档为85转/分。
