深化文化体制改革,是文化事业繁荣和发展的根本出路,也是党的十六大提出的一项重要战略任务。在总结十六大以来我国文化体制改革试点经验的基础上,中共中央、国务院于去年出台了《中共中央、国务院关于深化文化体制改革的若干意见》。这是继农村、城市经济、国有企业、科技体制、教育体制改革决定之后的又一个重要的历史性文献,既是对十六大以来文化体制改革实践充分肯定和深化,又是对马克思主义文化发展观的丰富和创新。
Deepening the reform of the cultural system is the fundamental way out for the prosperity and development of cultural undertakings. It is also an important strategic task put forward by the 16th CPC National Congress. On the basis of summing up the pilot experience of China’s cultural reform since the 16th CPC National Congress, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council released “Several Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Deepening the Reform of Cultural System” last year. This is another important historical document after the decision of rural areas, urban economy, state-owned enterprises, science and technology system and education system reform.
