目的探讨应用YAG激光分次、分期治疗复杂性白内障人工晶体术后,即陈旧性葡萄膜炎并发性白内障、糖尿病性白内障术后并发症。方法应用Zeiss产306851—9901型YAG激光对复杂性白内障术后存在的纤维膜、积血块及宽厚的后发障,从低能量1.2~1.4mJ开始,平均1.4~1.7mJ之间,最高能量达2.2mJ。以视轴为中心,分次、分期作松动性、放射性、蚕蚀性及清扫性击射治疗。结果此方法共治疗13例(13眼),并发性白内障8例(8眼),糖尿病性白内障5例(5眼)。2次有效率2例,3次者5例,5次以上者6例,矫正视力0.8者2例,0.4~0.6者6例,0.2~0.3者5例,视力增进100%。结论对于复杂性白内障人工晶体术后,宽厚的后发障应用YAG激光治疗应分次、分期进行,并根据病情,选择能量和设计击射形状
