Under the current economic conditions, archives management in institutions has become more specialized and professionalized. Information and technology have brought challenges and opportunities to archives of public institutions. The importance of informatization construction and its enormous potential impact have been given full consideration. Pioneers have embarked on an active and effective exploration, and the center of gravity of the archival-based business operations of institutional units has shifted to the archives management informationization. However, there still exist many disordered phenomena in the construction of archives informationization in public institutions, which seriously affects the rapid and healthy development of information construction. Therefore, in order to solve the problems existing in informatization construction, the necessary countermeasures should be taken to do well in the construction of archives information in public institutions
