目的:观察川芎嗪联合自由基清除剂依达拉奉注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:选择发病在48h内的急性脑梗死患者116例,按随机对照双盲法分为治疗组和对照组各58例,对照组在综合支持治疗的基础上给予阿司匹林+奥扎格雷钠,治疗组在对照组基础上加用川芎嗪+依达拉奉,两组均以14天为1个疗程。比较两组神经功能缺损评分、临床疗效和不良反应。结果:两组治疗后神经缺损评分(NDS)和日常生活能力(ADL)评分均有明显改善,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后神经缺损评分和日常生活能力评分均明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为91.4%(53/58),明显高于对照组的75.9%(41/58),两组比较差异有显著性意义(χ2=5.10,P<0.05);两组治疗期间肝肾功能无明显变化,无颅内出血、局部发疹、全身过敏症、恶心、发热等不良反应发生。结论:川芎嗪联合依达拉奉可以发挥各自优势,起到叠加、协同作用,大大提高疗效,有效改善神经功能和日常生活能力,不良反应少,值得在临床进一步推广应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of ligustrazine combined with free radical scavenger edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods: One hundred and sixty-six patients with acute cerebral infarction within 48 hours were divided into two groups according to a randomized and double-blind method: 58 cases in the treatment group and 58 cases in the control group. The control group was given aspirin and ozagrel sodium on the basis of comprehensive supportive therapy Group in the control group plus ligustrazine + edaravone, both groups were 14 days for a course of treatment. Neurological deficit scores, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The scores of NDS and ADL in both groups were significantly improved after treatment (P <0.05), and the scores of neurological deficit score and daily living ability were significantly higher in the treatment group after treatment (P <0.05). The total effective rate was 91.4% (53/58) in the treatment group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (75.9%, 41/58). There was no significant difference between the two groups The difference was significant (χ2 = 5.10, P <0.05). There was no significant change in liver and kidney function between the two groups during the treatment. No adverse reactions such as intracranial hemorrhage, local rash, systemic allergy, nausea and fever were found. Conclusion: Ligustrazine combined with edaravone can play their respective advantages, play a superposition, synergies, greatly improve the efficacy and effectively improve the function of nerves and daily living ability, fewer adverse reactions, it is worth further promotion in clinical application.
