用苦丁茶茎尖试管培养出的小苗，移入营养袋后其生长量与扦插苗、种子实生苗相似，培育8—10个月即可出圃；试管苗出现的变异苗约0．1％；用试管苗种植的茶叶品质不变。
The seedlings which were cultivated in the test tube of Kudingcha shoots were similar to those of cuttings and seedlings after they were moved into the nutritional bag. They could be cultivated for 8-10 months. The seedlings appeared about 0.1% The quality of the tea cultivated with test tube seedlings remains unchanged.
