中外学者研究已经表明:人生的成就只有20%取决于智力因素,而80%受非智力因素的影响。非智力因素是指那些不直接参加认识过程,但对认识过程起直接制约作用的心理因素,主要包括:兴趣、动机、意志、情感等。优化非智力因素更有赖于后天的培养。如何培养学生优良的非智力因素,即优化非智力因素,一直是人们在教育教学工作中苦心探讨的课题。本文就教学中如何培养学生的非智力因素,谈谈自己的一些认识。
Studies by Chinese and foreign scholars have shown that only 20% of the achievements in life depend on intellectual factors, and 80% are affected by non-intellectual factors. Non-intellectual factors refer to those psychological factors that do not directly participate in the process of cognition, but have a direct restriction on the process of cognition. They mainly include: interest, motivation, volition, emotion and so on. Optimization of non-intelligence factors depends on nurture. How to cultivate excellent non-intellectual factors of students, that is, to optimize non-intelligence factors, has always been a subject that people devote themselves to studying and teaching.
