神华宁夏煤业集团从开展党的群众路线教育实践活动以来,始终把杜绝“纸上谈兵”作为最重要的目标,着眼于打造排头兵和示范点,紧密联系党员干部思想和工作实际,从一点一滴做起,强化理论武装、广泛征求意见、查摆存在问题、即行整改落实、完善规章制度,做到“实”而不华、“实”而有效。随着活动的深入开展,会议少了、文件精了、调研多了、作风实了,服务基层和服务员工的能力全面增强了。
