我院于1997年4月至1999年4月应用整肠生治疗腹泻60例,取得较好疗效,现报告如下。1 临床资料 腹泻患者112例,大便常规化验排除菌痢。其中男74例,女38例。急性腹泻87例,慢性腹泻25例。随机分为整肠生治疗组60例和对照组52例。两组入院前病程经统计学处理,无显著差异(P>0.05)。2 治疗方法 所有患者于就诊当天开始服药。治疗组口服整肠生(地衣牙孢杆菌微生态制剂,沈阳第一制药厂生产),每日3次,每次2粒(每粒0.25g,含2.5
