本文以洛阳市为例,应用系统科学的分析方法研究农业环境系统的结构与功能,认为农业环境系统的结构包括:自然资源主导结构型;社会经济主导结构型;复合型;贫乏型。结构类型的不同决定了功能的差异,以及区域农业开发方案的差异。应用模糊数学方法评价农业环境系统质量。认为,发展洛阳市农业要内外并举,即一方面改善系统的外部环境,一方面调整农业生产系统的内部结构。
