幽门弯曲菌(Campylobacter pyloridis 以下简称cp)与慢性胃病的关系已屡见报道,国内一般认为两者关系密切。为了探讨该菌与十二指肠球部溃疡是否有关,我们于1988年11月至1989年5月对124例慢性胃病的胃窦部粘膜及其中23例十二指肠球部粘膜进行了cp 测定。现报告如下。
