采用免疫印迹（Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎ－ｂｌｏｔ）技术，对Ｐａｎａｘ属西洋参、人参及三七进行聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ）及Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎ－ｂｌｏｔ指纹图谱分析。确定了 Ｐａｎａｘ属药材的特征指纹图谱。提示 Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎ－ｂｌｏｔ可用于Ｐａｎａｘ属药材，特别是西洋参的专属性鉴别。
Panax ginseng, Panax ginseng, and Panax pseudoginseng were analyzed by SDS-PAGE and Western-blot fingerprinting using Western-blot technique. The characteristic fingerprint of Panax is determined. Tip Western-blot can be used for Panax species, especially the identification of American ginseng.
