Gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase (γ-GT) is widely distributed in mammalian tissues and catalyzes the initiation of glutathione decomposition, which plays an important role in the transport of amino acids. In recent years, people’s attention has focused on the relationship between this enzyme and primary hepatocarcinoma and chemical carcinogen-induced hepatocellular carcinoma. Many scholars have regarded it as a marker enzyme for the diagnosis of liver cancer. Taniguchi found that due to the presence of endogenous inhibitors or activators, the enzyme exists in the blood of active and inactive type, so the enzyme activity does not reflect the true amount of enzyme protein. In order to be more correct, more sensitive
