林业项目和治沙贴息贷款是国家为扶持林业发展,改善生态环境而投入的重要的政策性贷款。1986年以来,中央已累计下达我省两项贷款19770万元,其中林业项目贷款15670万元,治沙贷款4100万元。实际落实两项贷款17890万元,落实率为90.4％,财政累计贴息1221.26万元。林业贴息贷款已成为我省林业生产建设的重要资金来源。
Forestry projects and subsidized loans for desertification control are important policy loans that the state has invested in supporting forestry development and improving the ecological environment. Since 1986, the central government has issued a total of 197.7 million yuan in two loans to our province, including 156.7 million yuan in loans for forestry projects and 41 million yuan in desertification control loans. The actual implementation of the two loans 178.9 million yuan, the implementation rate of 90.4%, the cumulative discount 12,226,600 yuan. Forestry interest-subsidized loans have become an important source of funds for forestry production in our province.
