随着世界经济一体化不断加深以及信息时代的到来,拉开了世界人力资源“争夺战”。我国市场经济体制不断完善、发展,虽然我国人口众多,而且国内的人力资源丰富,但是我国的人力资源培训体系相对发达国家却处于落后阶段,使得我国人力资源数量与培训体系质量形成反比,互联网企业作为新兴企业,加强人力资源培训更是至关重要。所以互联网企业应该加强人力资源的培训力度,利用互联网的优势建立一个新型人力资源培训体系,进而提高我国企业在国际中的竞争力。
