现代核心力量训练已经成为很多运动项目必要的训练,是解决快速运动中稳定性与爆发力的有效途径。中国传统武术中的功法是武术技击中取胜的核心内容,多被各门派视为秘传,因而没有被系统地广泛流传,其中就有核心力量的理论与方法,对它进行挖掘整理将会对现代核心力量训练发展有积极的促进作用,并引发我们对传统武术文华继承发扬的缜密思考。
