丁烯基多杀菌素是由须糖多孢菌(Saccharopolyspora pogona)产生的一类大环内酯类抗生素,对多杀菌素难于控制的世界性检疫性害虫苹果蠹蛾和重要农业害虫烟青虫具有良好的生物防治作用。丁烯基多杀菌素与多杀菌素生物合成的主要区别在于busA比spnA多5 244 bp,该序列编码5个功能结构域,负责在C21上合成丁烯基替代多杀菌素相应位置上的乙基。综述了丁烯基多杀菌素的结构和理化性质、产生菌的生物学特性、生物合成过程及相关基因和酶、杀虫谱、提取等有关研究进展。
